Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your PrankCrate for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or refund, contact us at againstoned55@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: If your PrankCrate arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement at no additional cost.

We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
